After the movie ended I sat back and rehashed the movie as I sipped on my fifth Jack and Coke. My thoughts kept going back to the main character and some cool traits he possessed that would do many men well to mimic.
The movie focused on a hotel manager named Paul Rusesabagina butting heads with African warlords during the 1994 genocide of the Tutsi population. Now scrawny Paul didn't physically kick any warlord ass with Segal-like martial arts or blow up hundreds of Hutu's with a Rambo style grenade launcher but he did save 1200 lives and defeated the sadistic assholes in his neck of the woods nonetheless.
How did he do it? And how can you use Paul's technique to score with babes?
First, he did it with a set of cast iron balls, a good brain, and the belief that what he was doing was right. You see, many people equate bravery with not being scared when really it's just the opposite... being scared shitless yet acting in a courageous manner despite the fear. And this is how you can follow Paul's lead and make some serious progress with the ladies.
Next time you're at the bar or the grocery store or Walmart and you see an attractive girl be courageous and, despite the fear, make an approach. Whether you score or sink who cares? The main thing is you made a positive move.
Remember this, those who are most successful with women (and in life) are just as nervous as you are but they ACT despite their fear. And that, my friend, makes all the difference in the world.
